CTV Programming Highlights: March 17 – 31

W5 revisits its investigation into Mariam Makhniashvili’s disappearance, with exclusive updates following the grim discovery of her remains (March 17)
• Emma (Jennifer Morrison) arrests Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) for the suspected murder of David’s (Josh Dallas) wife (Anastasia Griffith) on ONCE UPON A TIME (March 18)

Saturday, March 17
7 p.m. – W5 – “The Mariam Mystery” – NEW EPISODE
W5 takes viewers inside the investigation into the mysterious and troubling disappearance of the teen who had recently arrived from the Republic of Georgia. The documentary also examines the back story of the Makhniashvili family and the complex web of confusion and controversy that has surrounded them, even as they have struggled to find their missing daughter.

Sunday, March 18
7 p.m. – ONCE UPON A TIME – “Heart of Darkness” – NEW EPISODE
Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) hires Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle) as her attorney when Emma (Jennifer Morrison) is forced to arrest her for the suspected murder of David's (Josh Dallas) wife, Kathryn (Anastasia Griffith). Meanwhile, back in the fairytale land that was, Prince Charming (Dallas) sets out to stop a determined and unhinged Snow White (Goodwin), whose memory is still clouded by Rumplestiltskin's (Carlyle) potion.

8 p.m. – THE AMAZING RACE – “Uglier Than A Mud Rail Fence” – NEW EPISODE
The remaining teams head to Germany to scour King Ludwig's quarters in the same castle that inspired the one in Sleeping Beauty. Then, tempers flare during one team's walk through a snowy labyrinth.

9 p.m. – DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES – “Women and Death” – NEW EPISODE
On the day of Mike’s (James Denton) funeral, each of the ladies reflect on how he affected their lives. Meanwhile, believing that the investigation died with Chuck Vance (Jonathan Cake), Bree (Marcia Cross) is stunned when she is called in for questioning about the murder of Gaby's (Eva Longoria) stepfather, Alejandro (Tony Plana).

10 p.m. – GCB – “Love is Patient” – NEW EPISODE
Things heat up when a church relationship seminar forces Amanda (Leslie Bibb) to confront her past. Heather (Marisol Nichols) sets her eyes on a new client and former high school nerd, Andrew (Tom Everett Scott, SOUTHLAND). Meanwhile, Carlene (Kristin Chenoweth) meddles in both Sharon's (Jennifer Aspen) and Cricket's (Miriam Shor) marriages to deflect from her own marital dissatisfaction.

Monday, March 19
7 p.m. – MIKE & MOLLY – “Peggy Goes To Branson” – NEW EPISODE – SPECIAL TIME
When Peggy (Rondi Reed) goes out of town, she leaves her dog with Mike (Billy Gardell) and Molly (Melissa McCarthy), telling them it will be good practice for when they have kids.

7:30 p.m. – TWO AND A HALF MEN – “Palmdale, Ech” – NEW EPISODE – SPECIAL TIME
Alan (Jon Cryer) and Lyndsey (Courtney Thorne-Smith) introduce their mothers to one another. Meanwhile, Jake (Angus T. Jones) and Eldridge (Graham Patrick Martin, LOVE BITES) enlist Walden (Ashton Kutcher) to drive them to a high school party.

8 p.m. – THE VOICE – “The Battles, Week 3” – NEW EPISODE – 2 HOURS
The "battle rounds" continue and the coaches enlist the help of music industry professionals to offer their knowledge and skill as advisers. Christina Aguilera teams up with Jewel and Lionel Richie, Adam Levine with Alanis Morissette and Robin Thicke, Cee Lo Green with Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and Ne-Yo, and Blake Shelton with Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert. In this phase the coaches pit two of their own team members against each other in a dueling duet. After the vocal face-off, each coach must choose which vocalist from their team is the strongest and advance them to the live shows.

10 p.m. – CASTLE – “A Dance With Death” – NEW EPISODE
When a contestant on a hit competition show is found murdered in her dressing room, Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) must navigate the case's many twists and turns without stepping on each other's toes. But as they delve into the victim’s past, they discover that this reality starlet was harboring a shocking secret that may have led to her death.

Tuesday, March 20
8 p.m. – WHITNEY – “Something Old, Something New”– NEW EPISODE
Alex (Chris D'Elia) returns from a bachelor party and makes a drunken marriage proposal to Whitney (Whitney Cummings). She laughs it off, but when she finds out that he broke her one rule about strip clubs – no going into the Champagne room – she sets out to find Britnee (Grammy® Award-winning rapper Eve), the dancer who lured him in.

8:30 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “Bridezelka” – NEW EPISODE
When Elka (Betty White) and her fiancé Fred (Buck Henry, GET SMART) begin to plan their simple wedding ceremony, the ladies encourage her to go bigger. However, Elka quickly morphs into a bouquet-slugging “Bridezelka.”

9 p.m. – THE RIVER – “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” – SEASON FINALE
With a course now plotted for their final destination, the Magus crew suddenly finds itself in complete chaos when a member of their own is shot dead, leading Jahel (Paulina Gaitan) to take matters into her own hands. The crew's quest is threatened further by the unknown killer, as the situation continues to spiral out of control.

10 p.m. – UNFORGETTABLE – “The Comeback” – NEW EPISODE
When Carrie's (Poppy Montgomery) latest case is stalled by a powerful family's influence, she receives assistance from a lawyer who may be the mysterious caller behind a series of sniper attacks.

Wednesday, March 21
8 p.m. – AMERICAN IDOL – NEW EPISODE – 2 HOURS
After the shocking disqualification of Jermaine Jones, the Top 10 finalists take to the IDOL stage to perform songs of Billy Joel for America’s votes.

10 p.m. – CSI – “Malice in Wonderland” – NEW EPISODE
When the CSI team is called in to investigate a robbery-homicide at an "Alice In Wonderland" themed wedding, they have little to work with to find a killer. Meanwhile, Hodges' (Wallace Langham) mother (guest star Jaclyn Smith, CHARLIE’S ANGELS) comes to town and he wants her to believe Morgan (Elisabeth Harnois) is his girlfriend.

Thursday, March 22
8 p.m. – MISSING – “The Hard Drive”– NEW EPISODE
As the search for her son continues, Becca (Ashley Judd) makes a deal with the head of French Intelligence (guest star Joaquim de Almeida, Desperado). However, the agreement comes with serious moral complications for Becca.

Friday, March 23
8 p.m. – SHARK TANK – NEW EPISODE
It’s sink or swim for wannabe entrepreneurs entering the SHARK TANK with pitches that include beer-flavoured ice cream and pre-packaged meals for pets.

Saturday, March 24
7 p.m. – W5 – “Paradise Lost” – NEW EPISODE
W5 investigates dubious vacation clubs promising luxurious holidays combined with other perks like discounts for major purchases at a fraction of the cost. “Paradise Lost” reveals victims of fraudulent travel schemes who share their stories of being bilked. In a dramatic undercover investigation, W5 confronts one fraudster convicted of misleading consumers in the operation of a travel club but who is already back in business seeking new “members.” W5 also confronts government agencies – trying to discover who should be cleaning up this fraudulent industry.

Sunday, March 25
7 p.m. – ONCE UPON A TIME – “Hat Trick” – NEW EPISODE
While searching for a missing Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin), Emma (Jennifer Morrison) is kidnapped by a man whose affinity for hats has him teetering on the edge of madness. Meanwhile, viewers will be transported outside of the fairytale land for the first time when the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) travels to Wonderland to steal something from the Queen of Hearts (Jennifer Koenig, FRINGE). Roger Daltrey, lead singer of legendary rock band The Who, guest stars as the voice of a Talking Caterpillar.

8 p.m. – THE AMAZING RACE – “This is Wicked Strange” – NEW EPISODE

9 p.m. – DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES – “Any Moment” – NEW EPISODE
Julie (Andrea Bowen) becomes concerned over Susan's (Teri Hatcher) parenting skills when she begins to allow MJ (Mason Vale Cotton, Happy Feet 2) to do whatever he wants. After Carlos (Antonio Chavira) resigns from his high-paying job, Gaby (Eva Longoria) tries to land her own high-powered position in order to keep up her extravagant lifestyle. Meanwhile, Bree (Marcia Cross) is suspicious of Andrew's (Shawn Pyfrom) intentions when he announces that he's getting married.

10 p.m. – GCB – “A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing” – NEW EPISODE
When Carlene's (Kristin Chenoweth) Uncle Burl (Bruce Boxleitner, HEROES) returns to town with his wife, Bitsy (Donna Mills, NIP/TUCK), Gigi (Annie Potts) promises to throw them a homecoming party requiring guests to come dressed as their favorite Texan. Meanwhile, Pastor Tudor (Tayler Jacob Moore, SHAMELESS) counsels Sharon (Jennifer Aspen) and Zack (Brad Beyer) during their rough patch.

Monday, March 26
8 p.m. – THE VOICE – “The Final Battles” – NEW EPISODE – 2 HOURS
The battles come to a close as the coaches work with their team advisors to select which vocalists will advance to the live shows.

10 p.m. – CASTLE – “47 Seconds” – NEW EPISODE
When a bomb explodes at a protest rally killing five people, Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) realize the key to solving the case is to reconstruct the 47 seconds prior to the explosion. Using video and witness accounts, they uncover the shocking truth about who planted the bomb.

Tuesday, March 27
8 p.m. – MISSING – “Ice Queen” – NEW EPISODE – NEW DAY
With Becca (Ashley Judd) still on the hunt to find Michael (Nick Eversman), her best friend, Mary (guest star Aunjanue Ellis, THE MENTALIST), complicates matters with her surprise arrival in Europe. Meanwhile, Michael struggles to uncover answers behind his kidnapping.

9 p.m. – WHITNEY – “Something Black, Something Blue” – SEASON FINALE – SPECIAL TIME
Alex (Chris D'Elia) and Whitney (Whitney Cummings) head to City Hall to make it official, but finding out that Whitney’s driver’s license is expired sparks a chain of unusual events that interfere with their plans to wed. Whitney's dad (guest star Peter Gallagher, THE O.C.) seemingly comes to the rescue, but it may be too late.

9:30 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “Elka’s Big Day” – SEASON FINALE –SPECIAL TIME
It’s Elka’s (Betty White) wedding day but Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli), Joy (Jane Leeves) and Victoria (Wendie Malick) wake up with no recollection of Elka’s bachelorette party the night before. Their house is crowded with sleeping frat boys, an iguana is loose, and worst of all, the bride is missing. Flashing back to the night before, the women must gather fractions of their memory to piece together how and when they lost Elka.

10 p.m. – UNFORGETTABLE – “Allegiances” – NEW EPISODE
Carrie's (Poppy Montgomery) personal and professional lives collide when her boyfriend, the son of a mob boss, is revealed to have ties to suspects in a murder investigation.

Wednesday, March 28
8 p.m. – AMERICAN IDOL – NEW EPISODE – 2 HOURS
The remaining finalists perform live hoping to impress the judges in order to win America’s votes.

Thursday, March 29
8 p.m. – THE BIG BANG THEORY – “The Transporter Malfunction” – NEW EPISODE
Penny (Kaley Cuoco) buys Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) Star Trek collectibles as a thank-you, leading Sheldon to be haunted by Mr. Spock (voice of Leonard Nimoy, STAR TREK). Meanwhile, Raj (Kunal Nayyar) decides he has met the "Future Mrs. Koothrappali" after his parents set him up on a date.

10 p.m. – THE MENTALIST – “Pink Champagne on Ice” – NEW EPISODE
While investigating the murder of a casino employee, Jane (Simon Baker) runs into a stage magician he toured with during his time as a mentalist and discovers he is hiding a shocking secret.

Friday, March 30
8 p.m. – CSI: NY – “Flash Pop” – NEW EPISODE
When a lab tech is murdered in a case that has eerie similarities to a 1950’s cold case, the CSIs get a glimpse into what goes on in the shadows of the lab. Lee Majors (THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN) guest stars as Paul Burton, the retired detective who investigated the original murder case.

9 p.m. – GRIMM – “Island of Dreams” – NEW EPISODE
After the grisly murder of a familiar shop owner, Nick (David Giuntoli) joins forces with Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) to help solve the murder. When the shop owner’s sister, Rosalee (guest star Bree Turner, The Ugly Truth), comes to town, Nick thinks he may have found a new ally in the creature world.

10 p.m. – BLUE BLOODS – “No Questions Asked” – NEW EPISODE
Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) is put in a difficult position when a gun linked to a robbery is brought in to the NYPD's gun buyback program.
