BRIER Playoffs Sweep TSN This Weekend

Playoff action from the 2012 TIM HORTONS BRIER gets underway this weekend on Canada’s Sports Leader beginning with the Page Playoff (1 vs. 2) tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET on TSN. Tonight’s draw features Glenn Howard’s first-seeded Team Ontario vs. Rob Fowler’s second-seeded Team Manitoba, with the winner earning a direct berth in Sunday’s Final.

Tomorrow afternoon the Koe brothers face off in the Page Playoff (3 vs. 4) at 2:30 p.m. ET on TSN. Kevin leads his third-seeded Team Alberta against Jamie’s fourth-seeded Team Northwest Territories/Yukon – making his Yellowknife rink the only Territories team to ever make BRIER playoffs since the playoff format was introduced.

TSN primes fans for the championship match-up and reviews highlights from the tournament during the 2012 TIM HORTONS BRIER CHAMPIONSHIP SPECIAL, airing Sunday at 7:30 p.m. ET and immediately followed by the Final at 8 p.m. ET.
